This agreement explains the expectations, responsibilities and principles that apply during the Contributor Stage of our Partnership Journey.
Introduction
Welcome to The True Creators.
This Contributor Agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities and principles that apply during the Contributor Stage of our Partnership Journey.
The purpose of this agreement is to establish a transparent working relationship based on trust, professionalism and mutual respect.
By joining as a Contributor, you agree to work collaboratively with The True Creators while demonstrating your skills, commitment and alignment with our values.
Nature of This Agreement
The Contributor Stage is a trial and evaluation period designed to determine whether both parties are a suitable long-term fit.
This agreement does not create:
- Employment
- Share ownership
- Equity rights
- Partnership ownership
- Guaranteed future position
Trial Period
The standard Contributor Stage lasts between three (3) and six (6) months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Founder may extend or shorten the trial period depending on performance and company requirements.
Purpose of the Contributor Stage
During this period, Contributors are expected to:
- Learn how The True Creators operates.
- Work on assigned projects.
- Collaborate professionally with the team.
- Demonstrate reliability and commitment.
- Develop trust through consistent contribution.
- Show leadership potential where appropriate.
Contributor Responsibilities
- Complete assigned work to a professional standard.
- Meet agreed deadlines.
- Attend scheduled meetings where possible.
- Communicate honestly and respectfully.
- Protect confidential information.
- Follow company policies.
- Represent The True Creators professionally.
Performance Expectations
- Quality of work
- Commitment
- Communication
- Accountability
- Teamwork
- Initiative
- Professional conduct
- Client feedback where applicable
- Contribution to company growth
Performance reviews may be conducted throughout the trial period.
Working Hours
Contributors may agree their own availability with the Founder.
Unless otherwise agreed, there is no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of working hours.
Contributors are expected to communicate any changes to their availability as early as possible.
Compensation
Unless agreed separately in writing:
- The Contributor Stage does not guarantee payment.
- Some projects may include project-based payments or agreed reimbursements.
- Profit-sharing arrangements, if any, will be documented separately.
- Participation does not automatically qualify anyone for future financial benefits.
Confidentiality
Contributors may have access to confidential information including:
- Client information
- Internal documentation
- Business strategies
- Pricing
- Financial information
- Login credentials
- Source code
- Marketing plans
This information must remain confidential during and after the Contributor Stage.
Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all work created for company projects while acting as a Contributor becomes the intellectual property of The True Creators upon acceptance of the work.
Contributors confirm that any work submitted is original or appropriately licensed.
Conflict of Interest
Contributors agree to inform The True Creators if they:
- Operate a competing business.
- Work with direct competitors on similar projects.
- Have personal interests that could affect their responsibilities.
Transparency is expected at all times.
Company Resources
Any access provided to company systems, hosting, software, email accounts, documents or client resources must be used only for authorised business purposes.
Access may be modified or removed at any time.
Professional Conduct
- Treat everyone with respect.
- Avoid discrimination or harassment.
- Communicate professionally.
- Resolve disagreements respectfully.
- Protect the reputation of The True Creators.
Progression
Successful completion of the Contributor Stage does not automatically result in promotion.
The Founder will consider:
- Performance
- Commitment
- Trust
- Business needs
- Leadership potential
- Long-term contribution
Individuals who successfully complete the Contributor Stage may be invited to become Business Partners.
Ending the Contributor Stage
Either the Contributor or The True Creators may end this agreement at any time by providing reasonable notice, unless immediate termination is necessary due to misconduct, breach of confidentiality or other serious issues.
Upon leaving, Contributors agree to:
- Return company materials.
- Transfer project information where applicable.
- Protect confidential information.
- Remove unauthorised access to company systems.
Acceptance
By joining The True Creators as a Contributor, I confirm that:
- I have read and understood this Contributor Agreement.
- I understand that this is a trial collaboration stage.
- I understand that no employment, equity or ownership is created through this agreement.
- I agree to work professionally, honestly and respectfully.
- I understand that future opportunities depend upon contribution, performance and mutual agreement.
