Service scope may vary depending on the selected plan, proposal, written agreement, partnership model, or custom arrangement.
3. Shared-Growth Partnership Model
The True Creators may offer a Shared-Growth Digital Partnership Model for eligible entrepreneurs, startups, creators, and businesses.
Under this model, services may be provided with reduced upfront barriers in exchange for agreed revenue participation, reporting cooperation, and long-term digital collaboration.
- Months 1β6: 10% revenue share
- Months 7β12: 5% revenue share
- Year 2 onwards: 2% revenue share
Final revenue-share terms, calculations, reporting methods, and obligations must be confirmed in a separate written agreement.
4. Payments, Donations & Billing
Payments, contributions, donations, subscriptions, or service fees may be processed through third-party providers including PayU, PayPal, or other approved platforms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments for digital services, setup work, hosting support, maintenance, custom work, or premium tools may be non-refundable once work has started or third-party costs have been incurred.
5. Domain, Website & Technical Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed, the client retains ownership of their business name, brand materials, content, and domain name.
During active projects or partnerships, The True Creators may receive technical administrator permissions, hosting access, website management rights, or platform access required to provide support, maintenance, security, and digital operations.
6. Standard Support & Service Limitations
Standard support may include:
- Website maintenance
- Bug fixing and debugging
- Minor updates
- Hosting support
- Technical troubleshooting
- Operational website assistance
Mobile app development, major redesigns, enterprise systems, advanced integrations, complex automation, high-transaction infrastructure, and premium third-party tools are not included unless separately agreed.
7. Client Content & Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all text, images, logos, business details, products, services, legal pages, and website content provided to The True Creators are accurate, lawful, and authorised for use.
Illegal, misleading, harmful, infringing, abusive, or unauthorised content is prohibited.
8. Transparency & Reporting
For shared-growth partnerships, clients may be required to provide accurate reporting, operational visibility, CRM records, payment gateway reports, accountant summaries, merchant dashboards, or other agreed verification records.
Misleading reporting, concealment of commercial revenue, unauthorised platform transfer, or serious breach of transparency obligations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action according to the agreement.
9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Confidentiality
Business information, partnership discussions, customer information, revenue reports, technical access details, and commercially sensitive materials must be treated confidentially by all parties.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, The True Creators retains ownership of its internal systems, templates, processes, designs, concepts, code libraries, methods, documentation, and business know-how.
Client-owned content, approved brand materials, and domain ownership remain with the client.
12. Limitation of Liability
The True Creators is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, business interruption, third-party platform failure, hosting downtime, payment gateway issues, domain provider issues, or damage caused by unauthorised client actions or third-party services.
13. Termination & Exit
Either party may end a service or partnership according to the relevant agreement. Notice periods, final settlements, outstanding revenue-share obligations, technical transfers, and hosting migration procedures may apply.
Serious misconduct, fraud, misuse of services, unlawful activity, or major breach of terms may result in immediate suspension or termination.
14. Force Majeure
The True Creators is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failure, cyber incidents, legal restrictions, natural disasters, payment provider failure, or hosting disruptions.
15. Changes to These Terms
