By using the services of The True Creators, the client agrees to the following terms and responsibilities.
1. Our Role
The True Creators is a digital service provider offering website design, website development, web applications, e-commerce solutions, branding, SEO, maintenance, hosting support, and other digital services.
Our responsibility is limited to designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, or modifying digital products according to the specifications, instructions, and materials provided by the client.
2. Client Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for all content, materials, information, and instructions supplied to The True Creators, including:
- Text, images, videos, audio, documents, and downloadable files
- Logos, trademarks, brand assets, and business information
- Product details, service descriptions, pricing, and customer data
- Articles, blogs, media content, and any material published on the website
The client confirms that all submitted materials are legally owned by them or used with proper permission, licence, or authorisation.
3. Copyright & Intellectual Property
The True Creators is not responsible for any copyright infringement, trademark dispute, licence issue, plagiarism claim, or intellectual property violation arising from content supplied by the client.
Any legal claim, penalty, dispute, or damage caused by unauthorised use of content remains the sole responsibility of the client.
4. Legal Compliance
Every client is responsible for ensuring that their website, business, products, services, advertisements, and online activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries or regions where they operate.

5. Privacy
The True Creators respects client privacy. We collect and use client information only for project communication, service delivery, technical support, billing, account management, website maintenance, security, and service improvement.

9. Client Indemnification
The client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The True Creators, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, legal actions, costs, or expenses arising from client-provided content or violation of applicable laws.
10. Project Acceptance
Once the client approves the completed project or requests publication, the client confirms that they have reviewed the website, approved all content, and accept full responsibility for everything displayed on the website.
Acceptance Statement
By using our website or services, submitting project materials, approving work, signing an agreement, or making payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
The client also confirms that The True Creators acts only as a website and digital service provider and is not responsible for client-provided content, copyright issues, business activities, or legal compliance obligations.
